Spawn points monitors points in the zone where mobs spawn and keeps track of them. Spawn points, the duration between spawns and the name entered in for them is saved in a file and loaded when you enter the zone.

X - X coordinate of the spawn point.
Y - Y coordinate of the spawn point.
Z - Z coordinate of the spawn point.
Remaining - Time remaining until something spawns in this spawn point. If a ? is listed this means Sins either hasn't figured out the respawn time or hasn't seen a mob spawn in this spot and die yet. If it says now then the mob is currently live, selecting this spawn point column will also select the mob on the spawn list.
Name - This column allows you to right click on it and enter in your own name for each spawn point. This enables you to label notable spawns and include additional information if you choose. This information is saved in the spawn points file for the zone.
Last - This shows the last mob that spawned in this spot.
